Private yoga and meditation lessons address your specific needs, and are tailored to you.

Justine has been teaching yoga since 2004 and has extensive experience working with a range of ages, abilities and practice needs. Justine excels at bringing care, attention, peace, knowledge, and well-being to her students. She has worked with patients receiving treatment at MD Anderson and also works with families and couples to support ease, peace, and joy in relationships.

Justine consults with a physical therapist on a regular basis to bring support and options to her students.

Private sessions can be the foundation of a daily yoga practice, an ongoing series of meditation practices, or a refresher for a long term practitioner. Private sessions include an assortment of the following based on Justine’s assessment and the student’s practice:

  • An initial assessment of student’s needs, health status and yoga practice
  • Pranayama – breath work
  • Asana– yoga postures
  • Meditation and relaxation poses
  • Yoga Nidra Meditation
  • Restorative Yoga
  • Yoga philosophy, energetics, Sanskrit, mantra (chanting)
  • Wisdom and compassion practices
