Tuck Yourself In With My Support: Let’s all relax from the comfort of our homes, together on ZOOM. Join me nightly at 5:00 PM Central Time for Yoga Nidra Meditation.
 
You can join from anywhere in the world from your own home. Pets, kiddos & pajamas welcome! Lulu-Jai will be softly snoring under the altar.

All ages and experience are welcome! This is a great practice for kids, the elderly, and everyone in between–I see you mommas who want programming Allison Altman Yacker.
 
If you can’t lie on your back, I’ll provide options for the practice in a chair or on your side.
 
In addition to technology to get on ZOOM, you’ll need: a yoga mat or something soft to lie on, 4 blankets, and a clean and dry wash cloth to place over your eyes.
 
Everyone will be on mute, please turn your ringers to off so you don’t get disturbed.
