Winter Practice Series: Bodysensing & Breathsensing: Practices to Nourish Your Nervous System

One hour weekly sessions include:
-an overview of regulation, rest, and the nervous system
-gentle, somatic movement
-introductions to and practices such as yoga nidra meditation with breathwork, progressive muscle relaxation, autogenics (a method of producing profound relaxation and healing through mental suggestion), relaxation response, and whole body breathing
-a supportive and caring practice community–students really enjoy the Winter Practice Series as it is grounding and nourishing to be committed to practice and sangha (spiritual community) through the holidays and into the new year.
I won’t be offering drop-ins for the series; recordings will be made available to you if you miss a session.
Winter Practice Series Fee: $280
