This adventure will be filled with joy, energy, a focus on growing a specific aspect of your physical yoga practice, deepening your access to your meditative/spiritual practices, all while delving deep into the beauty of the Icelandic experience.
When I travel, I truly love to take in all the glory, history, food, spirit, nature, people, experiences that a space has to offer.
Also, I’m a foodie, with deep appreciation for local culinary wisdom, so we will take special care to find great restaurants and food experiences to have while we are there!
